Shipping Information

Since each product is printed on demand specifically for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

• Denmark: Usually 2–4 business days after production.

• EU & US: Usually 3–7 business days after production.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once I have handed over your order to the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with Danish and EU consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

• The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your order.

• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

• Exchanges: Since I print on demand, I do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact me at fm@frederikmyhr.dk within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. I will send a replacement free of charge.
